This Usage Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for how users may access and interact with the XMiner platform ("we," "us," "our"), including our website (xminer.com), mobile applications, APIs, cloud mining services, customer support systems, and all related digital functionalities (collectively, the "Services").
This policy works in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy, and is binding on all users. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Usage Policy. Failure to do so may result in warnings, account suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
XMiner reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notifications, or website banners. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You are permitted to use the Services for the following lawful and intended purposes:
- Creating and maintaining a personal account for cloud mining operations
- Purchasing, managing, and monitoring mining contracts
- Withdrawing earned cryptocurrency to verified wallets
- Accessing real-time statistics, dashboards, and performance reports
- Contacting customer support for technical or account-related assistance
- Participating in referral programs and promotional campaigns (if eligible)
- Using the platform for personal, non-commercial investment in digital assets
All usage must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), tax reporting, and data protection regulations.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the XMiner platform. Engaging in any of these actions may lead to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, legal liability, or reporting to regulatory bodies.
2.1 Fraud and Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit sign-up bonuses, referral rewards, or pricing tiers
- Using stolen credit cards, payment credentials, or falsified identity documents
- Submitting fake support tickets or false claims of non-payment
- Attempting to reverse transactions via chargebacks after service activation
2.2 Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or XMiner systems
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain ("bug abuse")
- Conducting phishing, spoofing, or social engineering attacks
- Distributing malware, viruses, or ransomware through platform communications
2.3 Mining and Account Manipulation
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate mining output or dashboard behavior
- Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring mining contracts without written consent
- Attempting to alter or interfere with AI-driven profit switching (NeuroMine™)
- Using proxy servers, VPNs, or Tor to bypass geo-restrictions or KYC requirements
2.4 Financial Misconduct
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or structuring transactions to evade detection
- Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities
- Using the platform to facilitate Ponzi schemes, pyramid structures, or scam investments
- Falsifying withdrawal addresses or attempting to exploit wallet validation flaws
2.5 Content and Communication Abuse
- Sending spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited marketing through support channels
- Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or support staff
- Posting hate speech, discriminatory language, or illegal content
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling platform code or APIs
2.6 Regulatory and Compliance Evasion
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during KYC/AML verification
- Operating from sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g., Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russian Federation under OFAC restrictions)
- Attempting to circumvent IP-based access controls or regional compliance filters
3. Account Integrity and Security
3.1 Single Account Rule
Each individual or legal entity is permitted one active XMiner account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged, merged, or suspended at our discretion.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To prevent fraud and comply with global regulations, we may require you to verify your identity by submitting:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, not older than 90 days)
- Selfie with ID (for biometric matching)
Failure to complete verification may result in restricted functionality or account suspension.
3.3 Password and 2FA Requirements
You are responsible for securing your account with:
- A strong, unique password (minimum 10 characters, including numbers and symbols)
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator, Authy, or SMS (if available)
We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials from user negligence.
4. Mining and Resource Usage
4.1 Fair Use of Computing Power
All cloud mining resources are allocated fairly. Excessive or abnormal usage patterns (e.g., rapid plan upgrades/downgrades, repeated cancellations) may be reviewed for abuse.
4.2 No Hardware Claims
Purchasing a mining plan does not grant ownership of physical hardware. You are renting computational capacity for a defined period. No claims to ASICs, GPUs, or data center equipment are permitted.
4.3 Pool and Network Compliance
XMiner operates mining pools in compliance with blockchain network rules. We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pool fees (already factored into earnings estimates)
- Switch pools for performance or security reasons
- Suspend users who disrupt pool integrity (e.g., stale share flooding)
5. Content and Brand Usage
5.1 User-Generated Content
Any content you post in forums, reviews, or support tickets must be accurate, respectful, and lawful. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates this policy.
5.2 Trademark and Branding
You may not use XMiner’s name, logo, trademarks, or branding to:
- Promote third-party mining services or investment groups
- Create unofficial affiliate sites without authorization
- Imply endorsement or partnership with XMiner
- Use “Elon Musk” or “X ecosystem” in misleading marketing
Authorized use requires prior written consent from our Legal Department.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
6.1 Automated and Manual Monitoring
We employ AI-driven fraud detection, behavioral analytics, and manual review teams to monitor:
- Login patterns and device fingerprints
- Transaction velocity and withdrawal frequency
- IP geolocation and network anomalies
- KYC document authenticity
6.2 Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in one or more of the following:
- Warning: First-time or minor infractions
- Temporary Suspension: 7–30 days for investigation
- Permanent Termination: For severe or repeated violations
- Fund Freezing: Pending legal or compliance review
- Reporting to Authorities: Including financial regulators, Interpol, or cybercrime units
Decisions are final and may not be appealable in cases of fraud or illegal activity.
7. Reporting Violations
If you observe suspicious activity, policy violations, or potential security threats, please report them immediately to:

We investigate all reports and may take action anonymously to protect platform integrity.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services lawfully and ethically
- Keep your contact and KYC information up to date
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
- Refrain from actions that degrade system performance
- Accept full responsibility for your tax and regulatory compliance
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Usage Policy to reflect evolving threats, regulatory requirements, or platform improvements. Users will be notified of material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
